Walker Stevens is an Associate with Surmount. Walker joined Surmount in 2023 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the creation and execution of sale leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs. He assists with assembling offering memorandums and other marketing materials as well as comparable property data for clients, analyzes leases, and conducts property-level due diligence.

Walker graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Economics and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team. Walker currently lives in Manhattan, New York.
