Trevor Zwick is a Loan Originator with SURMOUNT. Trevor joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and is currently responsible for securing both debt and equity financing across a wide range of property types for private and institutional clients. Leveraging deep relationships within an extensive lender network, he delivers customized financing strategies tailored to each client's needs.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Trevor worked at Marcus & Millichap Capital where he was an Associate Director on their Capital Markets team. In his first two years, he attributed to over $25M in total closings. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Environmental Science, and a minor in Real Estate.
