Trent Anderson is a Senior Associate, Investments with Surmount. Trent joined Surmount in 2026 and focuses on representing private investors, family offices, developers and business owners in the acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment of their net-lease real estate.

With 10 years of experience in the net-lease space, Trent has advised clients ranging from first-time investors to institutional funds across various asset classes. Whether repositioning corporate-owned real estate to optimize business operations or helping a private client rebalance their personal holdings, Trent prides himself on delivering results for every client.

Prior to working with Surmount, Trent worked at Brisky Net Lease and Ascension (formerly James Capital Advisors) where he focused on corporate sale-leasebacks, drug store redevelopments, and net-lease dispositions. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Economics and lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughters.
