Tim Whidden is a Construction / Property Accountant with SURMOUNT. Tim joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently facilitates effective financial operations across the development projects. Tim collaborates with lenders and the project management team to coordinate draw requests, ensuring precise and timely invoicing for each project. In addition, Tim works alongside the accounting team to uphold compliance with contractual obligations, tax policies, and internal control standards

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Tim worked at ZDG LLC where he oversaw the financial management of their construction projects. Tim graduated from St. John’s University with a degree in Finance. Tim lives on Long Island, NY.
