Tim Johnson is a Vice President with SURMOUNT. Tim joined SURMOUNT in 2026 and currently focuses on lease restructuring, acquisitions, and advisory services.

With more than nine years of experience in leasing transactions, he brings expertise from both the brokerage and ownership sides of the industry. 

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Tim worked at LeFrak, where he managed retail and office leasing across their Manhattan and Jersey City portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held positions at JLL and Colliers, specializing in both tenant and landlord representation. Tim graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Political Science and lives in New York City.
