Thomas Solano is a Loan Originator with SURMOUNT. Thomas joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and is currently working on the Capital Markets team, focusing on sourcing, structuring, and closing commercial debt financing for various property types.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Thomas worked at Rialto Capital Management where he worked as a loan servicing analyst, concentrating on the administration and compliance of commercial real estate debt. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance.
