Thomas Jonsson is the Head of Brokerage Sales for Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Tom joined Surmount in 2023 and is responsible for mentoring and advising agents to help maximize productivity and performance, implementing the training and development programs, as well as leading efforts in recruiting agents in new and existing markets.

Prior to joining Surmount, Tom served as both a Chief Operating Officer and Sales Manager for other national brokerage firms. Prior to those management roles, Tom worked in investment sales brokerage in Southern California for fifteen plus years.

Tom received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, where he was a member of the Track and Field Team for the Bruins, and his law degree from University of California San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). Tom is currently based out of Scottsdale, Arizona where he oversees the firm’s Scottsdale office, and resides there with his wife and four children.
