Suzy Bayona is the Brokerage Operations Manager with SURMOUNT. Suzy joined SURMOUNT in 2026 and oversees transaction management, operational strategy, and execution across the firm's commercial real estate investment sales platform. She works closely with brokers, clients, attorneys, lenders, title companies, and third-party consultants to facilitate seamless transactions and deliver exceptional client service throughout the deal lifecycle.

With more than 15+ years of real estate experience, Suzy has developed expertise across investment sales, development marketing, operations, transaction management, and team leadership. Known for her ability to navigate complex transactions and optimize operational processes, she has successfully built and managed high-performing teams while supporting the execution of high-value real estate transactions.

Prior to joining SURMOUNT, Suzy served as Director of Transactions and Operations at Marcus & Millichap, where she managed transaction workflows and operational initiatives supporting commercial real estate investment sales. Before Marcus & Millichap, she was Director of Operations for Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, overseeing operations for many of South Florida's premier luxury development projects, including Faena Properties, Miami Beach Edition, Fasano Shore Club, Four Seasons, and Akoya, contributing to more than $5.2 billion in closed sales and project sellouts.
