Susan Yuan is an Assistant Revenue Accounting Manager with Surmount, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Susan joined Surmount in 2022 and currently oversees AR, supports closing processes and reporting, and ensures accuracy and quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Prior to working with Surmount, Susan worked at a consulting company as a controller, and at a global gallery as a senior accountant overseeing multi-entities and multicurrency account transactions. Susan graduated from Jinan University with a bachelor’s degree with a Major in Japanese and a Minor in Physics. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport with an MBA degree concentrating in Finance, and from Fairfield University with a degree in Accounting. Susan lives in Connecticut.
