Steve Lowe is a Senior Vice President, Investments with SURMOUNT. Steve joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently is active in the single tenant net lease and sale-leaseback space.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Steve worked at Matthews REIS where he was a Vice President focusing on Industrial and sale-leaseback opportunities and was a top 20 agent Nationally. He graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Marketing. Steve lives in North Scottsdale, AZ.
