Stephanie Zulic is a Vice President with SURMOUNT. Stephanie joined SURMOUNT in 2026 and currently advises tenant and landlord clients on strategies to optimize leasehold portfolios and increase profitability through real estate transactions.

With over twelve years of experience, Stephanie has completed hundreds of leasing transactions representing both landlords and tenants with an emphasis in retail and shopping center assets. She has proven track record of re-positioning distressed properties by harmonizing rental rates, diversifying co-tenancy and securing anchor tenants.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Stephanie worked at Malachite Group where she led the leasing lifecycle for a 10 million square foot multi-state retail portfolio. She graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology with a degree in International Business. She lives in New York with her husband and three children.
