Stephanie Holowchak is a Real Estate Manager with SURMOUNT. Stephanie joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential land parcels and buildings for ground-up build to suit development projects. Stephanie also works with third party brokers to secure lease properties that meet the needs of our client’s growth objectives and vision.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Stephanie worked at Learning Care Group where she oversaw more than five hundred active locations, and led all aspects of real estate growth strategy, leasing, renewals, and portfolio optimization. Prior to that, she held roles with Kelly Services, JLL, and Friedman Real Estate, gaining deep experience across site evaluation, lease negotiation, financial analysis, and cross-functional project delivery. She graduated from Davenport University with a master’s degree in business administration and Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in science. Stephanie lives in Michigan.
