Ross Sanzari is a Vice President, Industrials Specialist at SURMOUNT (formerly NNN Pro), specializing in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties across the Southwestern United States.  Recognized for his strategic insight and sophisticated brokerage approach, Ross blends best in class sales and marketing techniques with advanced property positioning strategies.  His deep market knowledge and product fluency enable him to deliver tailored solutions that consistently align with and exceed client objectives.

Throughout his career, Ross has closed more than $225 million in transactions, representing over 1.5 million square feet of single- and multi-tenant properties nationwide.  His experience spans corporate sale leaseback programs, traditional net leased investments, and a wide range of asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and multifamily.  Known for his analytical rigor and results driven execution, Ross is trusted by clients to maximize value and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Before joining SURMOUNT, Ross was a Partner at Lee & Associates Arizona and began his career as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he established a strong foundation in commercial real estate brokerage.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications from Arizona State University and currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
