Ross Sanzari is a Vice President of Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro Group), where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single- and multi-tenant net-leased assets throughout the Southwest. He advises private investors, institutions, family offices, and owner-users on sale-leaseback transactions, portfolio optimization, and long-term capital deployment strategies. Through disciplined underwriting, market insight, and precise execution, Ross is focused on delivering superior outcomes for his clients.

Over the course of his career, Ross has completed more than 2 million square feet of transactions spanning industrial, retail, and net-lease assets. He has played an integral role in strategic dispositions, programmatic acquisitions, and advisory assignments for both private and institutional clients, helping operators and ownership groups unlock value, pursue growth, and optimize balance sheets.

Prior to joining Surmount, Ross served as a Principal at Lee & Associates Arizona, where he became the youngest partner in the firm’s history. He began his career at Marcus & Millichap, earning the Pacesetter Award. Ross is a proud graduate of Arizona State University.
