Ross Sanzari is a Vice President at SURMOUNT.  Ross joined the firm in 2025 as a distinguished expert in the acquisition and disposition of industrial investment properties across the Southwestern United States. Renowned for his strategic acumen, Ross employs a sophisticated brokerage approach that seamlessly integrates best-in-class sales and marketing strategies with cutting-edge property positioning techniques. His deep market insight and product expertise enable him to craft tailored strategies, relentlessly driving client objectives to successful outcomes.

Throughout his career, Ross has facilitated transactions exceeding $225 million, encompassing over 1 million square feet of single and multi tenant properties nationwide. His experience spans from sale-leaseback and traditional leased investments across diverse asset classes, including industrial, office, retail, and multifamily properties. Ross’s analytical prowess and transactional expertise consistently deliver exceptional results for his clients.

Prior to joining SURMOUNT, Ross held the position of Partner at Lee & Associates and served as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he honed his expertise in commercial real estate. A graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications, Ross brings a strong foundation in strategic communication to his practice. He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
