Richard Nardi is a Senior Managing Director, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Richard joined Surmount in 2010 and currently focuses on working with private investors, developers, and tenants based out of the Northeastern region of the country.

With an in-depth understanding of capital markets, 1031 exchange, and the tax code, Richard has assisted his clients in the acquisition and disposition of over 400 net leased properties valued at over $1.7 billion. His approach continues to be based on the importance of a long-term relationship with the client, working with the client on a personal level to grow and manage their portfolio of net leased properties. 

Richard graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
