Rachael Gustin is a Construction Project Manager with Surmount.  She supports construction efforts across multiple programs and project types within the Surmount portfolio, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project execution and ensure alignment with schedule, budget, and quality objectives. Rachael brings over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background spanning commercial interiors, capital projects, and residential development.  Prior to joining Surmount, Rachael supported large-scale construction project management at Fidelity Investments across a high volume of active projects. Rachael holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Louisiana State University.
