Peter Catanzaro is a Vice President of Investments with SURMOUNT. Peter joined SURMOUNT in 2026 and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased industrial & automotive properties throughout the United States. His clients include institutional investors, family offices, private investors, corporate operators, and franchisees. 

Peter’s career in commercial real estate brokerage began in 2018 after a decade as a golf professional in the New York metropolitan area. He quickly established himself in the industry, earning Rookie of Year honors in 2019 and a Sales Recognition Award in 2021. During his tenure with his previous firm, Peter closed approximately 70 transactions totaling more than $125 million in deal volume. 

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Peter spent seven years at Marcus & Millichap in Jacksonville, FL, where he advised clients throughout the Eastern United States on the acquisition and disposition of industrial, retail, and automotive assets. He graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Peter currently resides in Mamaroneck, New York.
