Patrick Finn is a Vice President with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro / STNL Advisors). Pat joined Surmount in 2022 and is involved in Surmounts’s lease restructuring, acquisitions and site selection ventures for various client portfolios.
Throughout his career in real estate, Pat has successfully completed various commercial sale and leasing transactions on both a brokerage and principal basis in excess of 500,000 square feet.
Prior to working with Surmount, Pat worked at Zar Property NY where he assisted in the leasing of their office and retail portfolio in New York. Pat graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Economics and Finance and he currently resides in New York City.
