Ned Hennessey is a Vice President, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Ned joined Surmount in 2023 and currently works with top dealership groups in North America, helping unlock hidden value related to fee-simple and leasehold real estate assets. In addition, Ned works with dealership groups in the context of M&A transactions, helping to facilitate growth by utilizing real estate equity as a vital piece of the capital stack.

Ned has been personally responsible for the disposition of more than $200 million in dealership-related sale-leaseback transactions over the last two years with a variety of clients across the sector.

Prior to working with Surmount, Ned worked at Ascension (formerly “James Capital Advisors”) where he served as Vice President of Automotive Investments. He graduated from Queens University with a degree in Finance where he was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team. Ned lives in New York, New York.
