Max Greenberg is a Loan Originator with SURMOUNT. Max joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and is currently working on the Capital Markets team to help source and originate real estate financing opportunities across asset classes, with a focus on structuring debt solutions for clients.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Max interned at Dansker Capital Group where he worked as a debt capital markets analyst. He graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management with a degree in Finance & Real Estate.
