Matthew Fraser is an Associate, Investments with SURMOUNT. Matthew joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently focuses on representing developers, family offices and institutional clients on the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties. 

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Matthew worked at Purple Strategies, where he supported business development and client strategy efforts, partnering with executives to deliver tailored strategies during critical moments such as IPOs, litigation, and other high-stakes events. Matthew graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a degree in Political Science. Matthew lives in New York City with his wife.
