Matt Sorace is an Analyst with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Matt joined Surmount in 2024 and is currently responsible for assisting the structuring of sale-leaseback programs, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for franchisors, franchisees, and portfolio companies across all asset types.

Prior to working with Surmount, Matt worked at Marcus & Millichap where he was an investment sales broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant GSA (General Services Administration), U.S. government, and state government leased properties throughout the country. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a degree in Real Estate & Urban Analysis, where he founded the Ohio State chapter of Financial Literacy for the Youth (FLY), a non-profit organization that seeks to provide a financial wellness education to the youth of the Columbus, OH area. Matt, an NYC native, currently lives in Brooklyn, New York.
