Matt McParland is a Vice President at SURMOUNT, where he represents developers, franchisees, 1031 exchange buyers, family offices, private equity, and institutional clients in real estate investments nationwide.

Since joining SURMOUNT in 2025, Matt has facilitated approximately $500 million in sale-leaseback and single-tenant net lease transactions and is actively focused on expanding SURMOUNT’s presence in the Chicago market.

Matt brings over nine years of investment sales experience across both the brokerage and principal fronts and is based in Chicago, IL.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Iowa in 2014.
