Madison West is an Office Coordinator with SURMOUNT. Madison joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently performs a variety of administrative duties. Her main responsibilities include greeting guests, directing incoming calls, managing incoming and outgoing couriers, and meeting preparation.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Madison worked at Greater NY Nursing Services where she assisted with the recruiting and onboarding of clinicians. She graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Cinema and Media Studies.
