Luke Babcock is an Associate with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro / STNL Advisors). Luke joined Surmount in 2024 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group, where he partners with private-equity sponsors and operators on platform and add-on acquisitions. He focuses on underwriting target real-estate portfolios and structuring sale-leaseback financing to fund growth, lower cost of capital, and de-risk M&A. Beyond new deals, Luke helps clients optimize leasehold portfolios through data-driven reviews and targeted actions—blend-and-extend restructurings, strategic terminations, and buy-and-recast strategies that preserve EBITDA and unlock rent savings.

Since joining, Luke has supported 10+ portfolio closings totaling $200M+ and led lease-assignment workstreams across four transactions covering 90+ units/leases. 

Luke earned an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Bayes Business School (London) and holds BA degrees in Economics and History from Wesleyan University. He lives in New York City.
