Kyle Karsian is a Vice President with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Kyle joined Surmount in 2018 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group, focusing on underwriting real estate fundamentals, executing sale-leaseback programs, as well as coordinating disposition and acquisitions programs for some of the nation’s largest institutional real estate companies, including publicly traded REITs, private equity funds, public and private franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other high-net worth and 1031 exchange individuals.
Since joining Surmount, Kyle has assisted in closing over 275 net lease transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $900 million.
Prior to working with Surmount, Kyle graduated magna cum laude from Stevenson University’s Brown School of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. While at Stevenson, Kyle played four years of lacrosse, earning USILA All-America and USILA Scholar All-America Honors.
