Kyle Gulock is a Managing Director at SURMOUNT. Joining the firm in 2025 as SURMOUNT’s first West Coast hire, Kyle plays a key role in expanding the firm’s institutional coverage and private client relationships.
With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Kyle has built a reputation as a strategic advisor to private equity funds, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, multi-unit operators, and developers. He specializes in structuring sale-leaseback programs, optimizing lease structures to unlock EBITDA, executing 1031 exchange strategies, and advising on complex portfolio transactions nationwide. His ability to bridge real estate strategy with capital markets execution has resulted in consistent deal flow and long-term client partnerships.
Prior to joining SURMOUNT, Kyle founded Century Partners Real Estate, a boutique advisory firm focused on helping multi-unit operators grow through development capital sourcing and sale-leaseback execution. Under his leadership, the firm supported operators in scaling their platforms while strengthening balance sheets and improving enterprise value.
Kyle is a graduate of Michigan State University and remains actively engaged in the Spartan alumni network. He resides in Manhattan Beach, California with his wife and two daughters.
