Kevin O'Hanlon is a Managing Director, Investments at Surmount, where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and advisory of retail real estate assets throughout the United States.

Since joining Surmount in 2026, Kevin has continued to build upon a distinguished track record in investment sales and capital markets. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a Senior Director in the Miami office of Marcus & Millichap, where he advised private investors, developers, owner-operators, family offices, and institutional clients on complex retail real estate transactions.

Since 2017, Kevin has successfully closed more than $1 billion in retail property transactions, establishing himself as a trusted advisor and one of the industry's leading retail investment professionals. His experience spans single-tenant net lease investments, shopping centers, convenience stores, gas stations, truck stops, and other retail assets across the country. Through a combination of market expertise, strategic advisory services, and extensive industry relationships, Kevin helps clients maximize value and execute successful investment strategies.

Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the School of Management at Binghamton University School of Management, with concentrations in Finance and Leadership & Consulting. His academic foundation, combined with nearly a decade of transactional experience, provides clients with a disciplined, analytical approach to investment real estate.
