Judson Kauffman is a Senior Managing Director, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Judson joined Surmount in 2006 and currently focuses on structuring sale-leaseback programs, asset disposition/acquisition programs, and lease restructures for franchisors, franchisees, and portfolio companies across all asset types. Over his career, he has engaged with some of the nation’s top real estate developers offering his clients a deep quiver of resources and knowledge throughout the entire development process. Additionally, Judson specializes in guiding individuals and executing on their 1031 exchanges inclusive of any financing needs. Judson serves his clients as a strategic partner, providing meticulous service with integrity.

Since joining Surmount, Judson has personally handled, managed, and closed over 1,000 transactions totaling approximately over $3.5 billion in transaction volume. He has worked with some of the countries largest REITS, private equity funds, family offices and developers.

Prior to working with Surmount, Judson worked at a market dominate NYC leasing firm where he started to build a strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, lease negotiations and form a passion for commercial real estate. He graduated from University of Colorado and majored in Economics and Political Science. Judson lives in New York with his wife and twins.
