Joey Kelly is an Investment Analyst with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Joey joined Surmount in 2023 and currently works on the Institutional Coverage Group focusing on the development and execution of sale-leaseback programs and asset disposition/acquisition programs for private equity firms, franchisors, franchisees, developers, and other large institutions.

Prior to working with Surmount, Joey worked at CBRE where he worked under the Orcutt/Grady team specializing in industrial development and leasing in Phoenix, Arizona. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship and also played on the Syracuse University Football Team.
