Gavin Menchel is a Vice President with Surmount (formerly STNL Advisors). Gavin joined Surmount in 2017 and currently assists with acquisitions, lease optimization and new store development.

Since joining Surmount, Gavin has managed transactions creating over $1 billion in enterprise value.

Gavin graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Finance.
