Ethan Rohling is a Development Analyst with SURMOUNT. He joined the firm in 2025 and supports the real estate and construction teams across all phases of our development projects. His responsibilities include preparing executive-level reporting on schedules and budgets, as well as supporting our modelling activities to evaluate new investment opportunities and ongoing project performance. He also plays a key role in market research, due diligence, and the preparation of closing documentation.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Ethan interned at Greystone where he sat on the Capital Advisory Team. He graduated from Syracuse University with majors in Finance & Real Estate.
