Chris Urban is a Managing Director, Investments with Surmount (formerly NNN Pro). Chris joined Surmount in 2013 and has been responsible for running disposition programs for developers, family offices, franchisees, and high-net-worth individuals across all product types in the net lease industry. Additionally, Chris is responsible for leading the team’s national daycare disposition program.

Since joining the team in 2013, Chris has exclusively listed and sold over 400 net lease assets across the country, totaling over $750 million in transaction volume. Chris’ broad array of clients has led to dispositions in over 40 states and a specialization in net lease assets that has maximized value for his partners and clients alike.

Prior to working with Surmount, Chris graduated from Fordham University with a degree in political science. He currently lives in New York City.
