Chris Mullin is a Senior Associate with SURMOUNT. Chris joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently specializes in collision and automotive real estate, with a focus on single-tenant assets nationwide. He works directly with property owners, operators, and investors to underwrite assets, structure deals, and drive successful outcomes in both sale-leasebacks and investment sales.

 

Since entering the industry in 2021, Chris has completed over $150 million in commercial real estate transactions across a range of asset types and deal structures. His experience includes everything from private capital trades to institutional portfolio sales.

Prior to joining SURMOUNT, Chris worked at SRS Real Estate Partners, where he focused on investment sales and client advisory services across multiple retail property types. He graduated from Westminster University with a degree in Economics and Business Management. Chris lives in New York City.
