Brendan Murphy is an Associate, Investments with Surmount. Brendan joined Surmount in 2024 and currently works with disposition programs for developers, family offices, franchisees, and high-net-worth individuals across all product types in the net lease industry. Additionally, Brendan is a group member and is responsible for leading the team’s national daycare disposition program.  

Prior to working with Surmount, Brendan graduated from Franklin & Marshall College, with a degree in Business where he was the captain of the Varsity Men’s Lacrosse Team
