Bradley Shaw is a Director of Construction with SURMOUNT. Bradley joined Surmount in 2025 and is responsible for planning, managing, and executing construction of new development and renovation projects for clients within the company’s portfolio.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Bradley worked at KBP Brands as Sr. Director of Facilities, where he created and directed the facilities division, collaborating with leadership to define priorities and build a high-performing facilities team supporting nearly 1,100 locations across 32 states. Before working with KBP Brands, Bradley worked at Houlihan’s Restaurants as Director of Construction, leading construction, design, and facilities operations for all company concepts/locations. Bradley graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science and is based in Bucyrus, KS.
