Annabel Shaw is an Operations Coordinator with SURMOUNT. Annabel joined SURMOUNT in 2025 and currently supports management of the SmartSheet system building and maintaining dashboards, reports, intake processes, and notifications. She also helps support invoice portals, invoice reviews, and assists with key administrative elements of the overall JetSet account. In addition, Annabel assists with marketing, content creation, and event coordination to support the company’s overall visibility and growth.

Prior to working with SURMOUNT, Annabel worked at Rasmussen University where she served as an Academic Advisor for 300 Nursing and Health Sciences students, guiding them on their academic journey from start to graduation. She graduated from Rasmussen University with a degree in Software Application Development.
