Alec Harris is an Associate Agent with SURMOUNT. He joined the firm in 2025 and currently supports Mark Masino and Maddison O’Connor with both inbound and outbound outreach. Alec is also working toward obtaining his NYC license.

Before joining SURMOUNT, Alec worked at Uber as a Strategic Partnerships Representative, managing enterprise-level business. During his time at Uber, he generated more than $7 million in revenue while working with clients such as Crayola, Eli Lilly, and Five Below. Alec began his career early, graduating high school and immediately entering tech sales for a company in Saint Louis. He currently lives in Chicago, Illinois.
